The company was established in 1995. in the former Tukums 17. CRBP Bitumen emulsion plant bases. This plant was one of the first in the entire Soviet Union to start producing emulsions in the 1960s. Over the years, production in line with global trends has grown significantly and the company ranks among the largest taxpayers in the Zemgale region.
