Valis JS, steel and aluminum profiles for construction
VALIS JS has been operating since 2001. annual. Since 2012. has been selling steel structural profiles since. It offers products from leading Baltic manufacturers on the Latvian market. The assortment includes the following groups: Z, U, C, L, Ω and Σ steel profiles for creating lightweight frames on building facades and roofs; aluminum and steel profiles for ventilated facades; brackets, angles and forgings; cladding systems, including sandwich panels, facade cassettes, trapezoidal and corrugated profiles.
Profiles can be made to the height and length required by the customer. The company also offers sheet metal bending, punching and freight transportation.
Sheet metal bending with a press
The service includes cold bending of open-type steel profiles with a press. If the steel is 0.5-3 mm thick, the maximum bending length is 12.36 m. If the steel is 4-6 mm thick, the maximum length is 4.0 m. The specified dimensional accuracy is 0.1-0.2 mm, while the angular accuracy is 0.1-0.2°; .
