LTD "KAN" is a construction company in Riga, engaged in the construction of energy, production, administrative and residential buildings and structures, as well as equipment assembly and various construction works. Company founded in 2020. in 2018, and its goal is to provide the client with a technically correct and qualitatively executed result, based on professional work organization.

LTD "KAN" the team combines 4 licensed engineers and more than 50 builders. This allows for the implementation of both industrial construction and civil construction tasks, as well as the construction and renovation of residential buildings, while ensuring the control and coordination of construction works. The company has ISO 9001: 2008 quality system certificate, and customers appreciate the Ltd "KAN" as a reliable partner.

In addition to construction work, the company offers project management, consulting and design. Experience in international projects allows us to provide project management also outside the borders of Latvia. LTD "KAN" works in Latvian, Russian and English.

LTD "KAN" services include: construction of energy facilities, construction of industrial buildings and structures, construction of administrative buildings, construction of residential buildings and structures, industrial and civil construction, renovation. We perform equipment assembly, pipeline assembly, metal structure assembly, concreting work, bricklaying, plaster system construction, sandwich panel assembly, roofing work and finishing work. We provide a full range of technical thermal insulation work. Additionally, we offer project management, consulting( with economic justification and procurement support) and design( complete complex or individual parts of the project) .

LTD "KAN" provides ready-made solutions in construction and assembly: constructed buildings and structures in energy, industrial, administrative and residential projects, as well as renovated objects. As a final result, installed metal structures are delivered, equipment and piping systems are assembled, sandwich panels are installed, plasterboard systems are built, roofs are installed and finishing works are carried out. In technical thermal insulation, the customer receives a full range of completed works. As part of design and project management, we also provide project documentation preparation and implementation coordination.
